REFUND POLICY

In case of any cancellation or change in the booking, the user undertakes to login to his user account through which the original booking has been made and carry out the necessary changes or cancellation to the original booking.

It may be noted that any cancellation made 24 hours or more prior to the check-in time shall be eligible for a 100 percent refund. However no refund shall be made if cancellation is done less than 24 hours before the check-in time as the hotel/channel partner has specifically reserved the room for bookinbro.com’s user and cancellation on a short notice of less than 24 hours may lead to the room going vacant and cause revenue loss to the concerned hotel/channel partner. In case the user fails to show up or complaints for any deficiency in service of the hotel partner, the same shall not be eligible for a refund. However the management of Bookinbro shall take a serious view of any complaint received from our user.

The refund due to eligible cancellation or modification in booking shall be made to the same mode of payment through which the original booking was made. The refunded amount shall be credited within 10-15 working days from the date when the request of cancellation/modification has been received.

In case the room booked by the user is not available for some reason, the user shall have an option to either ask for a refund or get another room booked of the same value or a higher value, without any additional charge.
